ABC-7 First Alert continues – More wind and dust expected tomorrow

Peak gusts this afternoon and evening have hit 61 mph, lifting a lot of dust and sand and causing some damage to a mobile home and dropping a tree. The winds will gradually settle later tonight, as will the dust and sand.

More wind and dust expected tomorrow as gusts peak out around 45 mph with SW winds.

Winds will weaken a bit Thursday through Saturday and then pick up again Sunday and Monday. Gusts around 40 mph.
