StormTrack Weather: Showers and thunderstorms return to the Borderland

The region will start calm Thursday morning with moisture returning this afternoon. There will be showers and thunderstorms chances across El Paso, Hudspeth and Otero counties through Friday. Temperatures will warm to the upper 80s with southeast winds around 10 to 20 mph.
