StormTrack Weather: Hot and hazy Thursday, lighter winds

Good morning! High pressure will build and bring hot temperatures through the holiday weekend. Temperatures will run 5 to 10 degrees above average, noticeably warmer than yesterday.

Wildefire smoke and haze will continue to impact the area, especially in Sierra County, an Air Quality Alert is in place from 7 to 8 am.

Temperatures will reach the triple-digit mark this weekend, fire danger remains a concern therefore a Fire Weather Warning with be in place.
