Water pools on Doniphan as rain falls on El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Water is pooling on Doniphan and surrounding streets in El Paso as rain falls on the Borderland today.

We are currently under an ABC-7 First Alert for storms in the area.
