2 rescued from manhole at Pan American and Winn in Socorro
UPDATE: The second person was rescued and taken to an area hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries according the El Paso Fire Department.
The U.S. Border Patrol has taken over the investigation.
UPDATE: One person taken an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Crews continue to work on the second rescue.
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - El Paso Fire and U.S. Border Patrol are currently working to rescue two people who are stuck inside of a manhole.
It happened just after 3:30 p.m.
