EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Residents in one Central El Paso neighborhood say the trains that travel through are not following the rules set up by city and rail officials.

The area around Grant Avenue is home to a lot of railroad tracks. Neighbors tell ABC-7 that in recent months, trains have been heard honking their horns through the night, double stacking containers, and traveling with overly long lines of cargo.

One neighbor claims that all of those practices are against established rules. ABC-7 is working to verify those claims.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
