Sunland Park City Council votes 3-2 against Santa Teresa annexation

SANTA TERESA, New Mexico- After a city council meeting on March 15, the Sunland Park City Council voted three to two against annexing land that Santa Teresa officials say is theirs.

The land is around 1,000 acres located near a new Love's Truck Stop in Santa Teresa.
