El Pasoans work on New Year’s resolutions

Now that the party is over, some El Pasoans are looking for a fresh start to bring in 2016. That means, starting their New Year’s resolutions.

But according to health.com, only 46% of people actually stick with their resolutions six months in. The site claims their top five healthiest resolutions are: losing weight, quitting smoking, keeping touch with friends and saving money.

But some of those resolutions are also the most commonly broken.

Some El Pasoans ABC-7 spoke with on Friday said they will continue to be better, resolutions or not.

“I believe that getting better is something that happens all the time not just in the new year,” one resident said.
