New Mexico State University Career Services to host 11th annual career fair

New Mexico State University’s Career Services invites students to attend its 11th annual Career Connections Fair on Feb. 2-3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the third floor ballrooms of the Corbett Center Student Union.

The event is co-sponsored by Career Services and the College of Engineering. It is free and open to any students and community members interested in job opportunities such as internships, co-ops and professional employment.

“Candidates benefit because they are able to connect with an employer in person and showcase their knowledge, skills and abilities in a way a resume may not always provide,” Career Services Associate Director Roseanne Bensley said.

Tuesday, Feb. 2, will feature employers in the fields of business, agriculture, liberal arts and health and social services. Wednesday, Feb. 3, will bring in employers in engineering, science and technology. Interested students are encouraged to attend both days.
