Local DJ facing a sexual assualt charge
A local club DJ who goes by the name “DJ-Jammin Joe” has been charged with sexual assault of a child.
Jose Rodriguez, 41, was arrested last June for allegedly raping a relative who was under the age of 17 at the time.
On Thursday, Rodriguez faced the judge for his final pretrial hearing.
If found guilt of the second-degree felony, Rodriguez could face up to 20 years in prison.
