Crash blocking traffic on I-10 East at Copia

A crash on I-10 East at Copia is blocked several lanes of the freeway early Friday morning.

The crash happened just before 12:30. Emergency dispatchers say nobody was taken to the hospital.

ABC-7 anchor Bob Harp reports that there were 5 police units blocking traffic, and a second crash was nearly caused by another driver that seemed more interested in the wreck.

The scene is expected to be clear for the morning commute.
