TxDOT to close 1-10 for pothole repairs

Portions of Interstate 10 will be completely closed this Sunday as TxDOT crews perform maintenance.

The first will be a complete closure of 1-10 westbound between Copia Overpass and Dallas Overpass for pothole repairs. This will be from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m.

All entrance and exit ramps will also be closed.

Ramp K southbound (ramp from US 54 to 1-10) and Ramp C northbound (ramp from US 54 1-10) will also close.

The next closure will be the complete closure of the 1-10 eastbound mainlanes between Lee Trevino Overpass and Zaragoza Overpass.

This will be Sunday and Monday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

Crews will be removing portable concrete barriers.

A spokesperson for TxDOT says the cost will come from the annual maintenance budget.
