El Paso’s Spira running shoe company shutting down

After 14 years of business, Spira is shutting down.

According to El Paso Inc. Spira founder and CEO Andy Krafsur is calling it quits after struggling to compete.

The company had 300 investors and a partnership with Duck Dynasty. Krafsur says the problems with production in Asia and distribution in the U.S. is what killed the company.
