El Paso firefighters battle early morning fire at northwest home

El Paso firefighters were called out to an empty home on fire in northwest El Paso Tuesday morning.

Neighbors called 911 when they saw smoke and flames coming from 6572 Berringer Street around 2:30 a.m.

When our ‘Round the Clock news team arrived on the scene the fire was under control.

No one was living at the home at the time and firefighters found no one inside.

There were no injuries to report.

The cause is under investigation.
