ABC-7 StormTRACK Weather: Cooler today, better rain chances next week
Good morning everyone! Get ready for a beautiful day ahead! Today will be a little cooler than yesterday, with highs right on tap in the low 80s. We may have a few clouds out and about, which will be nice to bring us some shade, because it will still feel warm out there.
What about rain chances? Today and tomorrow, I'm forecasting low rain chances for Dona Ana and El Paso counties, and higher for Luna and west. However, on Tuesday, those chances will increase area-wide! I currently have it at a 40% chance of rain for Tuesday and Wednesday! Woohoo! Overall, none of the storms that form will be severe. They will be weak thunderstorms or rain showers that may cause some slippery roads.
That being said, drink plenty of water today, wear your sunglasses, protect your skin with proper clothing, and enjoy!
