9:35 p.m.: In the race for El Paso County Commissioner Precinct 4, Sergio Coronado (D) is the projected winner, with 57.53% of the vote. Challenger Blanca Trought (R) has 42.65% of the vote.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Republican Tony Gonzales wins reelection to U.S. House in Texas' 23rd Congressional District.

9:30 p.m.: In the race for New Mexico Governor, incumbent Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) is ahead with 53% of the vote. Challenger Mark Ronchetti has 44%.

9:30 p.m.: In the race for New Mexico US Rep. Dist. 2, challenger Gabe Vasquez (D) is ahead with 53% of the vote. Incumbent Yvette Herrell (R) is at 47%.

9:13 p.m.: El Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego re-elected with 69.36% of the vote.

9:13 p.m.: Isabel Salcido was re-elected as El Paso City Rep. Dist. 5 with 65.42% of the vote.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democrat Gavin Newsom wins reelection for governor in California.

8:42 p.m.: In the race for El Paso City Representative Dist. 8, Bettina Olivares remains in the lead at 40.77%. Chris Canales is second at 31.95%.

8:42 p.m.: Incumbent Claudia Lizette Rodriguez, El Paso City Representative Dist. 6, remains in the lead at 42.49%. Rodriguez is self-employed. Her closest challenger is former Texas State Rep. Art. Fierro. Fierro is at 33.41% of the early vote.

8:42 p.m.: In the race for City of El Paso Representative Dist. 1, Brian Kennedy remains in the lead at 42.81% of the vote, with Analisa Cordova Silverstein in second at 25.33%. The percentages have remained unchanged since the early numbers.

8:42 p.m.: In the race for El Paso County Commissioners - Precinct 4, Sergio Coronado (D) has maintained his lead over Blanca Trout (R). Coronado has 57.59% of the vote, Trout has 42.41%. Both are Canutillo ISD trustees looking to replace first-term incumbent Carl Robinson. Precinct 4 represents West and Northeast El Paso.

8:28 p.m.: ABC News is projecting Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has won re-election, defeating El Paso challenger Beto O'Rourke (D).

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democrat Veronica Escobar wins reelection to U.S. House in Texas' 16th Congressional District.

7:00 p.m.: In the race for El Paso County Commissioners - Precinct 4, Sergio Coronado (D) is ahead at 57.49% of the vote, with Blanca Trout at 42.51% of the vote. Both are Canutillo ISD trustees looking to replace first-term incumbent Carl Robinson. Precinct 4 represents West and Northeast El Paso.

7:00 p.m.: Canutillo Bond Propositions A and B face early challenges. Prop A ($255,730,900 of bonds for school facilities, purchase of land) has 61.31% against and 38.69% for, while Prop B ($8,369,100 of refunding bonds) has 63.10% against, and only 36.90% for.

7:00 p.m.: The Community Progress Bonds Prop B ($20,800,000 General Obligation Bonds for parks and recreation) and Prop C ($5,200,000 General Obligations Bonds for Climate Action Plan) are closer.

Prop B has 51.32% in favor, with 48.68% against. Prop C has 49.61% in favor, with 50.39% against.

7:00 p.m.: Early voters appear to be favoring Community Progress Bond Prop. A ($246,480,00 General Obligation Bonds for streets and sidewalks). 60.13% are for Prop A, with 39.87% against.

7:00 p.m.: In the race for El Paso City Representative Dist. 8, Bettina Olivares is ahead at 40.76%, with Chris Canales right behind her at 31.98%. Olivares is a Chief of Staff for Rep. Cassandra Hernandez, and Canales was Chief of Staff to Cissy Lizarraga, who did not run to keep her seat.

7:00 p.m.: Incumbent Claudia Lizette Rodriguez is in the early lead for El Paso City Representative Dist. 6. Rodriguez is self-employed. Her closest challenger is former Texas State Rep. Art. Fierro. Fierro is at 33.31% of the early vote.

7:00 p.m.: Incumbent Isabel Salcido has an early lead for El Paso City Representative Dist. 5 at 65.69%. Richard Genera follows in second at 18.38%. Salcido was the top fundraiser in the race, Genera is a Wells Fargo bank teller.

7:00 p.m.: Brian Kennedy has taken an early lead for El Paso City Representative Dist. 1, with 42.81% of the vote. Rep. Peter Szarzbein was termed out of the seat. Analisa Cordova Silverstein is the closest competitor at 25.33%.

7:00 p.m.: In the race for El Paso County Judge, Ricardo Samaniego (R) leads at 69.3% over challenger Guadalupe Giner (I) at 30.7%.

7:00 pm: Early voting numbers show incumbent Veronica Escobar (D) has a comfortable lead over challenger Irene Armendariz Jackson. Escobar has 64.52% of the vote, while Armendariz-Jackson has 35.48%.
