Man arrested after deputies find him inside after cutting the fence around the building

EL PASO, Texas - El Paso County Sheriff's deputies responded to a burglary in progress call on Sept. 18.

It happened in the 3900 block of N. Zaragoza.

Upon arrival, deputies found a 27-year-old man inside the property.

An investigation revealed Brucker Michael James cut through the fence surrounding the business and made entry without consent.

Brucker was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

He was taken to the county jail on a $3,000 bond.
