Memorial honoring victims of El Paso Walmart shooting to be unveiled on Saturday

EL PASO, Texas -- Walmart will unveil its "Grand Candela" memorial on Saturday outside its newly reopened Cielo Vista store.

The memorial will honor the 22 victims who lost their lives during the Aug. 3 mass shooting.

The memorial is comprised of 22 aluminum arcs grouped together into one single, 30-foot candle.

The Grand Candela will stand on the south side of the store's parking lot.

A public dedication ceremony will be held at 7:30 a.m. Saturday and will include remarks from El Paso Mayor Dee Margo.
