City of El Paso invites community to explore Playa Drain Trail Extension
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The City of El Paso will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the expansion of the Paso del Norte Trail.
A one-mile extension was added to the trail that extends from Knights Dr. to Yarbrough Dr. near the Mission Valley's Shawver Park.
If you are an avid walker, jogger, or biker the trail will provide a serene atmosphere of the borderland area.
The ceremony will happen near the intersection of Yarbrough Dr. and Independence Dr.
The event will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m., Friday, April 21st.
