El Paso Sheriff’s deputies charge man with 13 counts of child sex assault
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- 34-year-old Samuel Lopez is accused of sexually assaulting a child. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office charged him with 13 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Officials say on May 7, deputies were called out to the 5000 block of Phillips Drive. They arrested Lopez and booked him into the El Paso County Jail.
Lopez is being held without bond.
