One person suffers minor injuries after being rescued from a canal
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA)-- Officials with the El Paso Fire Department confirmed one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries following a water rescue.
Authorities said the EPFD Water Rescue Team was called to the canal near the 10000 block of Pan American Dr. and Southside Rd. Tuesday morning.
The scene was turned over to U.S. Border Patrol. No other details were provided about the victim.
