TLC concert canceled at Speaking Rock, all facilities closed
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - The scheduled TLC concert at Speaking Rock is cancelled according to a post by Speaking Rock.
The entire facility will be closed to observe a time of mourning after the death of Cacique Jose Sierra Sr.
A sign on the doors advise patrons about the closure as they arrived at the facility.
