Locomotive FC continue winning ways; Locos defeat Loudoun United, 1-0 for 5th straight win
EL PASO, Texas - The win train for the El Paso Locomotive FC continues chugging along.
Saturday at Southwest University Park, the Locomotive won their 5th game in a row.
The Locos defeated Loudoun United by a final score of 1-0.
The match appeared to be headed for a draw until the 89th minute, when the game's only goal was scored by El Paso native, Chris Garcia.
The Locomotive FC remain unbeaten in their last 7 matches, and improve their overall record to 6-3-1.
The club is currently tied for 2nd place in the USL Western Conference standings with a total of 19 points.
The Locos will now head back on the road for a match against Birmingham Legion FC next Saturday.
