I-10 west at Executive fully reopens to traffic after rainy crash
EL PASO, Texas -- Interstate 10 westbound at Executive Center fully reopened about 3:30 p.m Wednesday after a big traffic backup following a crash during a rainy downpour that slickened the roadway.
The right lane was closed following the crash, with traffic backing up to Asarco at 1:45 p.m. The Executive Center exit had remained open.
As of 3:30 p.m., police said the crash scene was cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
