ABC-7 StormTRACK Weather: Rain overnight, drier by the weekend

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's been a cool and periodically rainy day...a day that I've quite enjoyed! These scattered storms will continue for the rest of the evening, and then it does appear like more showers will move across the area overnight. Fortunately, most of the storms are fast-moving, and they are only producing light to moderate rainfall. Thus, I do not expect flooding to be a threat across the city, but perhaps higher up in the mountains.

With the rain, our forecast highs are going to stay in the 80s. We'll have low 80s tomorrow and high 80s through the weekend. Rain chances will drop after tomorrow down to 20%, so I'm really only expecting mountain thunderstorms and occasional lowland storms. Stay safe, stay hydrated, and stay happy!
