Warming the next couple of days; then changes for the weekend

Temps will climb to the mid and upper 60's Thursday with plenty of sunshine. Moisture will stream into the area over the weekend with rain chances around 40%. Added cloud cover will keep temperatures a bit cooler as well - the upper 50s and lower 60's.
