Parkland falls to Richland 55-21

Parkland’s run at a state championship came to an end Saturday afternoon in Lubbock, TX. The Matadors fell to the Richland Rebels 55-21. Parkland was the only El Paso football team still alive in the playoffs. The Rebels were just dominate from the very beginning jumping out to a 28-0 lead in the second quarter.

EPPD: Driver failed to yield right-of-way to motorcyclist critically injured in wreck

Police officers investigating a motorcycle wreck said Friday a woman failed to yield the right-of-way to a motorcyclist who suffered life-threatening injuries.
