Watch: Fire breaks out at Parkland High School in Northeast El Paso

Update: Ysleta ISD released a statement Friday afternoon.

"Shortly before 4 p.m. today, a fire was reported in the home dugout of the baseball field at Parkland High School," a spokesperson says. "The El Paso Fire Department was immediately notified and extinguished the fire within 15 minutes. There were no injuries to students or staff, and the fire damage was confined to the dugout. Ysleta ISD Security and EPFD are investigating the incident."

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- ABC-7 obtained video of a fire at Parkland High School in Northeast El Paso.

First responders tell ABC-7 that the fire was minor and that no one was injured.
