Clouds Hanging Around

El Paso, Texas-- Some clouds that rolled through overnight will continue to stick around this morning, but sunshine increases across the region as the clouds leave to the east. Temperatures will warm back up, and top out very near seasonal averages for late March. We'll see occasional breezes. Tracking breezy conditions tomorrow with more sunshine. We'll get a break from the winds on Tuesday, but they return on Wednesday.
