StormTRACK Weather: Below normal temps, isolated storm chances Friday

There will be plenty of moisture confined to areas west this afternoon. Expect a 20 percent chance for showers and storms. The winds will be out of the southeast between 5 and 15 mph. Some areas of stronger winds are possible around thunderstorms. Afternoon highs will be slightly below the normal for most areas for this time of the year.
