EL PASO, Texas -- With busy daily schedules, it can be hard to find time for religion. Some masses may be too early or others scheduled during work hours. But one El Paso church has the answer to all that: Just drive through.

Saint Paul's United Methodist Church offered a drive-thru Ash Wednesday service.

Pastor Amy Wilson Feltz wanted to make sure those church-goers on the go could receive their ashes. So, she set up a tent in the St. Paul's parking lot and blessed those that came by.

“There's been some curiosity as to why we are doing it this way, but it also seems to be welcomed because it fits into people's schedule," said Feltz. "(For example), we had a construction worker come by on his way to his early shift."

There were multiple services on Wednesday at many churches but this one was unique.

People were able to drive into the parking lot at St. Paul's UMC and receive their ashes like you do at a drive-thru.
