Winds settle down overnight but chilly
EL PASO, Texas -- Winds will gradually weaken tonight but it will still be cold. Be sure and bundle up if heading out tonight and Thursday morning.
Thursday will bring mostly cloudy skies and less wind. Temperatures will stay in the upper 40's and low 50's for highs.
