Juarez leaders address deported migrants in their city

JUAREZ, Chihuahua (KVIA) -- Hundreds of migrants who had crossed over into El Paso, only to be sent back to Juarez, are now waiting in the city once again.

ABC-7 is speaking to local leaders to find out how their managing the crowds.
