ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has come under pointed questioning in court about whether he actually lives in New York. The independent presidential candidate took the stand Tuesday in Albany in a lawsuit claiming he lives in Los Angeles and has falsely listed a New York address in petitioning to get on New York’s ballot in November. The suit seeks to keep him off the New York ballot. Kennedy testified that his address was in a New York City suburb but acknowledged he had moved many of his belongings to California. The case was brought on behalf of several voters by a super PAC led by supporters of Democratic President Joe Biden.
