IDEA Public Schools approves over $20 million in staff compensation
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- IDEA Public Schools announced they have approved over $20 million dollars in staff compensation increases.
IDEA says full-time staff members will be rewarded $100 for every year of service at IDEA.
This is part of IDEA's Teacher Career Pathway Program. IDEA says this initiative is to reward and recognize its teachers.
