Damaged gas line may have caused Lower Valley explosion, fire
EL PASO, Texas -- An explosion and fire in a Lower Valley neighborhood late Wednesday afternoon may have been triggered when a worker damaged a gas line, El Paso firefighters indicated.
The active fire scene was located along Glen Heaven Place.
There was no word of any injured persons being taken to local hospitals.
No further details were immediately available.
