City Rep responds to being target of sexual harassment complaint

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso City Representative Joe Molinar has responded to an El Paso Inc. article that cites a complaint about sexual harassment against the representative.

The response comes just under a week after revelations he was a target of the complaint came to light.

Rep. Molinar said, "The investigation was complete in a biased manner against me."

Last week, the city council voted 6-1 to have the Mayor write a letter admonishing Molinar. Molinar will have to undergo anti-harassment training.
