One person taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in the Lower Valley
EL PASO, Texas -- A person has been taken to the hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in the Lower Valley Wednesday morning.
According to police, it happened at the 6900 block of Delta Drive near Ascarate Park.
Officials say, Crime Scene Investigators have been called out to the scene.
