Man barricades himself in West El Paso building
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - A 52-year-old man smashed the window of a building in west El Paso and barricaded himself.
It happened at the 400 block of the executive center boulevard near the i-10 ramp.
Police officials received the call at 2:16 am
He was not armed, he used objects he found inside to throw at officers. The man attempted to start a fire inside and officers were able to put the fire out according to police.
The man voluntarily surrendered at 6:39 am.
