Extreme Weather Task Force kicks off 2022 Winter Safety and Blanket Drive campaign
EL PASO, Texas– The Extreme Weather Task Force is kicking off its 2022 Winter Safety and Blanket Drive campaign with a news conference Friday.
It begins at 9:30am at the El Paso Fire Safety and Health Outreach Center, located at 5415 Trowbridge.
They said the goal of the drive is to help elderly and needy families who are at-risk for cold weather-related illness and death this winter season.
