READ: Energy Department letter to House Democrats on impeachment subpoena
In a letter to the three committees involved in the House impeachment inquiry, Assistant Secretary of Energy Melissa Burnison wrote Friday that the Energy Department is “unable to comply with your request for documents and communications at this time.”
