EPFD water rescue team recovers body
A body was recovered from a canal in Northeast El Paso around 1 p.m. Sunday.
The El Paso Fire Department was called to the 10,000 block of Southside Rd. when Border Patrol agents discovered a man’s body at a nearby canal.
The water rescue team recovered the body within an hour of being on scene. Officials have not identified the man.
