Biden is talking about green energy and jobs in Pennsylvania again. Will his message break through?

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — President Joe Biden is in Pennsylvania again. On Friday, he’s championing steep increases in federal public works spending and detailing how promoting green energy can bolster U.S. manufacturing. In Philadelphia, he announced the city is one of the regional hubs selected to produce and deliver hydrogen fuel that can run factories, ports and other facilities. But the war between Israel and Hamas has scrambled geopolitics and potentially reshuffled the 2024 presidential race. So there’s a question whether a familiar economic message in a place the president visits frequently will really get noticed.
