El Paso Fire Department conducts trench rescue training exercise
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The El Paso Fire Department Special Rescue team conducted a "trench rescue" scenario.
The purpose of the exercise was to demonstrate, along with the emergency response team of Freeport-McMoRan, demonstrated how they would react in an emergency situation.
The exercise focused on how the teams handle incidents where patients are buried under debris, or, construction materials.
