Sunland Park and El Paso fire crews on the scene of a possible water rescue

SUNLAND PARK, New Mexico (KVIA) -- Multiple emergency crews are at the scene of a possible water rescue in Sunland Park.

Crews are responding in the area of Racetrack and McNutt, right near Mt. Cristo Rey.

According to a tweet from the El Paso Fire Department, emergency crews from both departments were alerted of two people possibly needing rescue.
