Saturday high school baseball playoff results: Del Valle punches ticket to regional quarterfinals
EL PASO, Texas - After 7 years, the Del Valle Conquistadores are headed back to the regional quarterfinals of the state playoffs.
Saturday, Del Valle completed the sweep against Lubbock Coronado to become area champions.
It's Del Valle's first area championship since 2015.
Unfortunately, Del Valle was the only team from El Paso to punch their ticket to the next round on Saturday.
The season came to an end for Pebble Hills, Ysleta and El Dorado.
