ABC-7 First Alert: Scattered showers are possible for your Monday with rain chances at 50%

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- We are under an ABC-7 First Alert for our rain chances. There is a 50% chance of scattered showers for your Monday some models even suggest 60% chance of rain.

The rain chances begin at about 40% in the afternoon as we grow closer to evening that's when rain chances increase.

With those rain chances we are seeing cooler temperatures as we experience the moisture move through our region. We will see temperatures below 100. We did drop below the 100 degree mark yesterday for the first time since June 16th ending our 44 consecutive triple digit temperature streak.

It look like come mid week though we will see a return of those triple digits.
