ABC-7 StormTrack Weather – Cooler, much less wind for Wednesday

It has been a windy Tuesday with blowing dust and sand. Peak winds hit 44 mph in El Paso and 43 mph in Las Cruces. The winds will gradually decrease through Wednesday morning.

A cold front passage early Wednesday will leave us with a cooler day. Highs are expected to be in the upper 60s and low 70's. Winds will be from the NW at around 25 mph.

Our next storm system will provide a slug of moisture to the area allowing for rain chances over the weekend and early next week.
