StormTRACK Weather: Coldest temperatures of the season arrive Halloween morning

Another windy day is expected across the borderland on Tuesday. Enjoy the 70s and breezy conditions because the weather will change quickly on Wednesday. A strong cold front will cause the temperatures to take a dip. We will experience the coldest temperatures of the season Thursday morning with most areas seeing temperatures in the low 30s and 20s. Trick or treaters will need layers while walking door to door because temperatures will drop into the 40s.
