StormTrack Weather; Cold Start, Plenty of Sunshine

Cold start for much of the borderland. Temperatures below freezing for most of the region. We will have a slow warm up for today with temps topping off in the lower 50s. Tracking plenty of sunshine for tomorrow and into the weekend, before the threat of rain moves back in.
